This is a 3 venue ride with all proceeds to benefit Chesapeake Special Olympic athletes. The ride will start at Lazy Horse,565 Cedar Road featuring a bike swap shop, breakfast specials and a demonstration by the women of TUFF. It will then move onto Clutch Bar and Grill, 1485 General Booth Blvd featuring a mini cornhole tournament and brunch specials, It then moves onto Knuckleheads Roadhouse featuring Live music by The Deloreans, Bike wash with the Dominion Derby Girls, 50/50 raffle and live auction.

THE idea behind this ride is to bring awareness to Lyme disease. I have Lymes Disease, have had it for 3 years now but detected it only last summer. After experienceing Lymes and knowing first hand how debilitating it is and how many people are affected, I felt the need to do something . I started my research and Once you learn about Lymes you will understand just how hopeless those that have it feel. Others look at you and see nothing they say" you dont look sick"!, but its what they don't see, whats going on inside, your blood cells, your white cells, which are being broken down and being changed., Want to make this The First Lyme Disease Ride for Virginia..We will be having a Day Ride and 50/50 door prizes and a Speaker on Lyme Disease..

The Richmond Riders 17th Annual Poker Run, Sunday, April 11th, benefiting the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation. Registration begins at 9:00 am. Last bike out at 11:30 am. $10.00 for 5-card hand. $15.00 for 7-card hand. Prizes will be awarded at the end of the ride around 2:30 pm.
